GL Insurance Partners, LLC is an insurance services and consulting firm exclusively dedicated to providing due diligence; underwriting, operational and compliance reviews, and; consulting services in the area of specialty commercial lines focused Managing General Agents, Program Administrators and Lloyd’s Coverholders.

The principals of GL Insurance Partners have extensive experience in all aspects of managing general agencies and delegated underwriting operations in virtually all classes of property, general liability and professional liability business. We have directly managed and administered specialty program business on behalf of several U.S. based primary companies, reinsurers and certain underwriters at Lloyd’s.

• Pre-acquisition due diligence reviews to identify potential issues, confirm strengths and weaknesses, and evaluate underwriting controls and operational capabilities.
  
  
• Independent suitability reviews in advance of entering into a delegated underwriting authority (“MGA”) arrangement with a prospective Program Administrator or Coverholder.
  
  
• Compliance and operational reviews of existing delegated authority relationships to assure conformity with contractual commitments, underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Emergency intervention for unique situations or exposures requiring immediate response.
  
  
• Consultancy or advice on any aspect of program administration or coverholder business, including but not limited to operations, administration, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
